The spray booth must be kept clean to avoid possible problems of dust. A good masking of the walls solves most of the time all the problems. The masking operation, however, is a long process that must also be done quite frequently according with the working time of the cabin.
Our idea is to make this operation fast and automatic. The system we have developed is called MATRIX and allows to protect the walls of a cabin with a plastic film completelly transparent and to change it when dirty in a few minutes.

Matrix
Matrix is a machine that allows you to protect the walls of a spray booth automatically. It consists of a pneumatic engine, 2 rolls of plastic masking films, and tensors to be placed in the corners. The plastic film is completelly transparent and static charged. A single operator can protect a spary booth in less than 5 minutes, by simply pressing a button
