SMARTLED 100

SMARTLED 100 is the latest addition to the Q-UVA Led range of battery-operated UVA dryers.

It is a drying lamp to be held at a distance of about 30 cm from the workpiece and it’s able to dry the latest generation of UV coatings in few seconds.

The lamp has a power of 100 Watt distributed on a radiating surface of 5 x 40 cm.

The two lines of LEDs create a blade of light of about 60 x 35 cm on the workpiece and with a minimum of movement can radiate the surface of a small repair. Smartled100 is very simple, it has only one button which, when pressed, activates a 30 second work cycle, pressing it a second time it repeats immediately, thus avoiding waiting times. This can be done without any limitations and without any problem of overheating. When fully charged the lamp can provide approximately 65 cycles of 30 seconds for a total of approximately 33 minutes. The charging time of the battery is 2h 15 minutes.

SMARTLED 100 is ATEX II 3g certified and can also be used in spray booths. It is equipped with a rubber bumper so that it can be placed on a flat surface without the risk of damaging the illuminating part. It is made of painted and partly anodized aluminum.

The lamp cannot be recharged in an ATEX II 3 g environment.
