BETAG Innovation's HotBox is a handy and compact induction heater. It will enable you to heat any parts in a very short time and very precisely. Apart from the HotBox Full Set we offer a handy set for body shops and garages for a wide spectrum of applications.

The unit can be accurately adjusted by the power input switch, thus ensuring a controlled heating. The display shows the exact and effective heating power on the part to be heated. 

The HotBox comes with a selection of slim tools, all operated by a push button on the surface of the tool. This makes them very easy to use. The C Block can be used to release any nut or bolt which has rusted or corroded. It is often sufficient to heat it up to 200-300 degrees. This only takes a few seconds, although if  required it can be heated up even more.  For specific or tight parts the nut releaser can be used.  With the exchangeable air coils a more precise heating  is done.  It can be used on a wide range of nuts.  With the “small straight air coil” even complicated parts like a corroded diesel pre glow plug can be loosened for removal. 

Other tools like the heat block can be used to remove parts like the rear window without damaging it and without damaging the rubber either.  With it you can remove paint as well as heating any large metal parts.  The Heat Pen can be used for any local heating  and also to remove or reduce any shallow dent.
